Heranba Industries Limited will hold a board meeting on Friday, August 14, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results along with the limited review report of the auditors for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The trading window for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, was closed from July 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of financial results, in compliance with Securities and Exchange Board of India regulations.
